1. Trust & Data Integrity

At MunziMarket, your trust is our most valuable asset. We collect information to facilitate the most transparent real estate experience in Zambia. This includes your name, email, and professional license details (for agents).

2. Public Information & Privacy

Property listings and "Hotspot" posts are public. However, your private connection messages and personal verification documents are strictly protected and never shared with third parties without your consent.

3. Zero Tolerance for Fraud

**Fraudulent listings violate our core policy.** If an account is found posting fake properties or misrepresenting price and location, it will be permanently banned from the platform. Data related to fraudulent accounts may be shared with local authorities.

4. Community Reporting

All users and guests can "Report" content. Once a post receives multiple reports, it is automatically quarantined for admin review. This community-driven moderation keeps MunziMarket high-quality.
